  1. THIS PROGRAM REQUIRES THE MSVBVM60.DLL LIBRARY FILE in the
  2. Windows\System folder.  The file can be downloaded from
  3. www.informatik.com/vb6.html.

  5. To install this program, run the Setup.exe.  
  6.  
  7. Please review the online help (pictplus.hlp) in the Application 
  8. and System folders; in particular read the 'Getting Started' 
  9. and the 'Functions' sections.  This program is an ActiveX DLL 
  10. (not a Control) and it has no graphical user interface.

  12. Don't forget to review the VB sample application (pictplus.vbp).

  17. If you are experiencing a problem with the registration of 
  18. OCX files (Windows Registry, verify and make sure that 
  19. you have the latest library files, in particular the
